OWL-H™ Speed Radar and Flashing Warning System procedures:

1. A car enters the radar detection area
2. Radar detects the car's speed
3. If multiple cars are detected, the fastest car will be monitored
4. When a car is driving within the speed limit, the warning light will not flash
5. When a car is driving faster than the speed limit, lights will flash and the driver will be warned for speeding
